Well, That Explains a Lot

fox, news, middle east, iraq, egypt, lebanon

This is what Fox News, and their viewers, think the Middle East looks like. Either Egypt has miraculously switched continents, or somebody is a fucking moron. Although I suppose it's possible we won the war in Iraq and decide to recycle an old name. You know, for lulz. And who knows what happened to Lebanon in this brave new world of Fox's.

Props to Sadly, No! and props to me for figuring out how to post more than one picture, and put them where I want them. I've only been doing this for a good 10 months.

  1. Holy crap! I now understand why the Jordanians were supposed to show up and help Optimus Prime in Transformers Revenge of the Fallen. I think I spent the last hour of that movie pointing out that Jordan wasn't right next to Egypt. Turns out I was wrong...

  2. well, yeah, if you switch out iraq and egypt, it all makes sense

  3. Frankly we should all be proud they got the correct names in the correct part of the world. They tend to see this as "Here be monsters"

  4. WOW, and my parents get their news from Faux News...

I am going to cry now.

  5. that explains sooooo much...

ts a wonder some of these people can point out th US...

  6. not to defend fox news but this was a mistake the most integer German news program once made.
(hint: they meant to show a German flag)

  7. It looks like Lebanon was submerged into the ocean or turned into a giant lake.

  8. How the hell do you do that with your pictures? Please email the answer to me at: theatheistmissionary@gmail.com

    Thanks. TAM.
