Apparently, Chelsea Schilling at WorldNetDaily has a very short memory. In fact, she's already forgotten the Bush presidency. Specifically, she has forgotten what Bush did when he first heard about the attacks on the World Trade Center and where Bush was when Katrina hit- and how long it took him to respond with aid.
Swine Flu an Act of Biological Warfare?
. . .
Freedom Watch, a public interest watchdog, an organization led by Larry Klayman, who sued Hugo Chavez, Barack Obama and his own mother. believes that there is a very good possibility that the precipitous outbreak of the virus in Mexico, which has now spread to the United States and other western countries, is not the result of happenstance – but terrorism. oh, really? it wouldn't be easier to release it in the US? wait until you see the explanation for this.
"What could be more clever than planting the seed in neighboring Mexico and allowing it to spread to the United States?" Freedom Watch asked. i think the word you're looking for is "unreliable".
The organization speculates for no apparent reason that after President Obama's outreach to Iran and other Middle Eastern leaders, coupled with his denunciation of Bush administration interrogation TORTURE techniques, his defense of the Muslim world his including muslims as part of the world could be seen as an asset to terrorist groups and may explain why the pandemic began in Mexico – to protect the president. so, they hate the US so much, they hit us with swine flu (that hasn't actually killed any USians yet), but they love the President so much they did it through Mexico (where over 150 people have died)? does that make any sense? at all?
"In this dangerous world, with an American president who is widely loved in the Arab/Muslim world … one must ask the hard question: Is this a coincidence or the result of a slick way to attack the United States without having President Obama, a perceived long term 'friend,' blamed for the attack?" Freedom Watch Chairman and General Counsel Larry Klayman said. because the same people that hijacked planes and slammed them into buildings are known for their subtlety.
. . .
and here's where we get the amazing history fail:
But ALIPAC a group that can be referred to nicely as "nativist" is criticizing the Obama administration's handling of the outbreak – saying its failure to act may cost American lives.
"Obama was playing golf Sunday. So, when a plane slammed into the WTC, actually killing people, and Bush continued with his photo op, that was okay? When Katrina reduced New Orleans to a third world country, without potable water, emergency services or food, and Bush was on vacation, that was okay? But Obama playing golf while 8 people have a mild form of flu, that's the end of the world? do you people even listen to yourselves speak? Instead, he should have been addressing the nation, securing the borders, and filling the gaps in our government leadership from an emergency command center!" filling gaps? you mean like with the head of HHS, whose confirmation is being held up by Republicans? said William Gheen. direct quote from Gheen: "Call me old fashioned, but people should be able to shop at Wal-Mart without worrying about catching [t]uberculosis." "He refuses to send troops to the border to stop the violence from spilling over or the Mexican flu from crossing into America. Instead we get second-tier bureaucrats telling Americans to wash our hands and cover our mouths when we cough like a bunch of 1st grade students." because that's how you keep diseases from spreading. shooting mexicans is not on the CDC list of recommended prevention strategies.
There's nothing like having a racist and a litigious asshole as the public faces of your cause, is there?

I had never heard of ALIPAC before, what a bunch of tards. William Gheen looks awfully white, we need to check his ancestors and make sure they came here legally or else boot him out. All Native Americans are good and can have any property that forfeited by these illegals living here....
ReplyDeleteWhat do you mean my Great Grandfather didn't have proper papers.... *drug off and out of the country*
idiots...
ReplyDeleteI've read somewhere that Obama was in close contact with one of the first flu victims (he showed him a museum in Mexico City).
Strategy fail...
"shooting mexicans is not on the CDC list of recommended prevention strategies."
ReplyDeleteNow, if the Oklahoma Republican Party gets their say...
He refuses to send troops to the border to stop the violence from spilling over or the Mexican flu from crossing into America.Wow. Is there anything people won't propose a military solution for?
ReplyDeleteALIPAC wants to "close the borders". There are 2 problems with that. (1) How? have they seen the border with Mexico? We're fighting two wars right now, where do they plan to get the troops to truly close the borders?
ReplyDelete(2) most of the swine flu cases in the US were caused by US tourists to Mexico catching the flu in Mexico and bringing to back to the US. when people call for "closing the borders" they don't mean stop legal tourism, they mean stop illegal immigration, which isn't the issue here.
and really, they honestly think terrorists couldn't come up with a better strategy than hoping illegal immigrants and tourists would spread the virus to the intended targets? they wouldn't be terrorists if they were that lackadaisical about terror. it's like ALIPAC thinks that the terrorists sit around all day smoking pot and were too baked to come up with a real plan.
"shooting mexicans is not on the CDC list of recommended prevention strategies."
ReplyDeleteOMG, I don't think it was terribly classy of me to laugh so hard at that line.
i don't think it was terribly classy of me to say it, either, but there it is. i gotta be me.
ReplyDeleteThis is priceless. You should do more of these political things.
ReplyDeletethank you. i generally try to stay away from political posts, because a lot of blogs do it better than i ever could, but that was too much to pass up.
ReplyDeleteCynical Nymph: Don't worry, I did too. My co-worker looked worried for me.
ReplyDeleteThe one that really got me was in your reply: "it's like ALIPAC thinks that the terrorists sit around all day smoking pot and were too baked to come up with a real plan."
ReplyDeleteYou really are mean to make me laugh.. I HAVE THE FLU! I haven't started oinking yet and I ain't been anywhere near Mexico, sorry not on my high list of places to visit really. I mean I collect pigs, but that would be going a little to far...
I do have to say, if someone did want to spread bio-terror, they might get it into Mexico a lot easier then the US or Canada. This also might not be a bad way to have it spread either, with Vacationing and Mexican workers going back and forth. Maybe I should say that too loud. =P
I hope Ms. Schilling has plenty of ice and Ibuprofin after that stretch.
ReplyDeleteincidentally, she was confirmed, and NOW thee fundys are saying that pig flu isn't real, but was just to cause fear to get her confirmed...
ReplyDeletethere is NO pleasing these people
